When some people go through a breakup, they eat a lot of ice cream, cry to Adele songs and maybe take up a new hobby.

When Ben Affleck gets dumped, he gets a full colour tattoo of a phoenix rising from the ashes across his entire back.

The 43-year-old actor revealed his new ink for the first time on Wednesday whilst filming his new movie Live By Night.

Wearing an open-backed hospital gown, Affleck’s extensive tattoo was on full display.

According to celebrity bible E! Online, the tattoo is real and sources say it represents “rebirth” and is “not new”.

Rumours Affleck had gotten inked up after his divorce from Jennifer Garner started to spread in July, when he was photographed getting into a car with a small section of the tattoo on display.

First thought to have been for an upcoming movie role, it’s now clear the elaborate artwork is here to stay.

Affleck’s other tattoos include barbed wire around his right bicep, a dolphin on his right hip, initials on his shoulder and fish with a skull and crossbones on his right arm.

GQ magazine has suggested Affleck’s newest addition may have been inspired by the cover of the fifth Harry Potter novel, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

The design on the actor’s back looks very similar to the phoenix featured on the book’s UK cover and Affleck has been open in the past about being a Potter fan.

We just didn’t realise how big a fan he was, apparently.

Fashion Santa

Santa Claus has historically been portrayed as a rotund older man who favours felt suits and the colour red.

No longer.

A shopping centre in Toronto, Canada, has given the beloved Father Christmas a much-needed makeover, transforming him into Fashion Santa with the help of some fancy designer threads.

In the photos, which are a promotion for the mall’s holiday season, model Paul Mason channels stylish Santa with an impressive white beard, a velvet blazer, designer sneakers and a leather jacket.

He looks great and all, but we miss the belly.

First look at Tarzan 2.0

Just like every other story worth telling, the tale of monkey man Tarzan and his lady love Jane has had the Hollywood remake treatment.

In the 2016 version of Edgar Rice Burroughs’ novels, Alexander Skarsgård plays Tarzan while Australian actress Margot Robbie plays Jane.

Also starring Samuel L. Jackson and Christoph Waltz, The Legend of Tarzan is set to hit cinemas in July 2016.
