  • Our free hearing tests starts by connecting you with a local specialist who will administer a free hearing test to determine your level of hearing loss. Your specialist will then be able to discuss your options with you and help you identify a more personalised option to fit your exact needs
  • Most hearing aid programs will allow you to take your new hearing aid home and trial it for a period of time with no obligation to purchase.(1) This way you’re 100 per cent sure it’s the right option for you. This trial period can vary between hearing clinics. Our team of experts can answer any questions you may have about it
  • A service offered by the Australian Department of Health offers a voucher program that may help you obtain free or subsidised hearing services and devices. Not everyone qualifies for this program, but a large number of Aussies aged 60 or older may. There are many categories you could fall under in order to qualify. The two most common are those Aussies who hold a Pensioner Concession Card, or a Veterans Affairs Gold or White Card.(2) We suggest speaking with one of our experts to see if you qualify
  • If you receive a hearing device under this program, you can also obtain maintenance of your hearing device, and a supply of batteries (if needed, some modern hearing aids are rechargeable) for a small yearly fee.(3)  Get started today!
