The highlights and lowlights of the Republican Convention

We’re three days into the Republican National Convention in Cleveland and Donald Trump is still yet to speak, but the rambunctious crowd and its outspoken speakers are making headlines of their own.

On Wednesday, former Republican candidate Ted Cruz stole the show, after being booed off the stage for refusing to endorse Trump.

Radio talk show host Laura Ingraham let loose on the media telling them to do their jobs, while the audience chanted “lock her up” when Chris Christie spoke of Hillary Clinton.

Vice-presidential nominee Mike Pence and Eric Trump gave their whole-hearted allegiance to the business tycoon, as did a proud Lynne Patton, the vice-president of the Eric Trump Foundation. Even UFC president Dana White gave his own short but loud praise of Trump.
