A suspected burglar in the Siberian town of Krasnoyarsk botched his plans this week when he fell through the ceiling of a store and was unable to free himself.

Police said they were alerted when an alarm went off in the store.

Upon arrival, they found the 40-year-old with his legs inside and the upper half of his body stuck above the ceiling.

The man had a previous conviction, police said.
