Police have charged a teenage boy over a bashing in Perth’s north that left another teen with life-threatening injuries.

Quinn de Campe, 16, from the suburb of Duncraig, is in a critical condition in hospital after he was found lying in a pool of blood in a Balga park at around 2pm (WST) on Sunday.

Police said another 16-year-old boy, from Balga, has been charged with grievous bodily harm.

The alleged offender is in custody and is due to face Perth Children’s Court.
