Police have identified a man who died in a workplace accident in Narrogin as a 48 year old from Wickepin.

Les Raymond Ingram died from injuries he suffered when he was hit by the prong of a forklift, while operating another forklift, on Tuesday.

The incident happened at the Narrogin Hay company.

WorkSafe is investigating.
