Man who impersonated a police officer charged
Armadale detectives have charged a 23-year-old man with impersonating a police officer after an incident in Thornlie last week.
A man had his car stolen after being pulled over by two men who claimed to be undercover police officers and told him they were seizing his car for hooning offences.
Police this morning arrested a man at a Huntingdale address, where they allegedly seized blue and red flashing lights.
He has been charged with impersonating a police officer, stealing a motor vehicle, deprivation of liberty and fraud.
