Church destroyed after being set on fire in Willagee
A church has been destroyed after being deliberately set on fire in the Perth suburb of Willagee.
Firefighters were called to Archibald Street just after 2:00 am to find the St Thomas of Canterbury Anglican Church well alight.
It is believed thieves broke into the rear of the church before setting in on fire.
Damage has been estimated at $400,000.
