A man is in a critical condition in hospital after a boat with three men on board capsized on South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula.

The incident happened near the Cowell boat ramp and all three men have been pulled from the water.

Police say one of the men got into trouble and was given CPR at the scene.

He has been taken to the Cowell District Hospital.
