A man’s body has been found on the rocks at Whale Beach on Sydney’s northern beaches.
Surf Life Saving New South Wales said they helped recover the body of a rock fisherman after police were called to Dolphin Bay about 11am.
It is believed the 53-year-old man was on the rocks at Whale Beach before he drowned on Saturday.
Officers investigating the circumstances of the man’s death said they were not treating it as suspicious.
They will conduct a forensic examination to confirm his identity.
