It was alleged the 55-year-old, who is believed to also be part of the wedding party, got in his car and drove towards two people, narrowly missing them.
A witness tried to take the man’s keys when he then allegedly reversed at high speed towards numerous people, including the bride.
He did not managed to hit anyone with his car and no-one was hurt during the incident.
The man then left the scene and was arrested at about midnight while walking along a footpath on Camden Valley Way.
Police said they found cannabis on the man.
He has been charged with driving in a dangerous manner, menacing driving, disqualified driving and possessing a prohibited drug.
The man was granted conditional bail to appear at Picton Local Court on September 29.
