Death at Jamberoo ‘suspicious’
Investigations are continuing into the discovery of a body in the Illawarra Sunday morning.
Police located the body of a man in his forties in bushland off Jamberoo Mountain Road at around 8.45 am.
Detectives from Lake Illawarra Local Area Command have formed Strike Force Berek to investigate the suspicious death.
The man is yet to be formally identified.
A post mortem will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
