Gunman robs Beresfield bowlo

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a bowling club at Beresfield yesterday morning.

Police say a man entered the Anderson Drive bowling club armed with a gun at about 9:00am (AEDT) yesterday morning.

He threatened a 23-year-old male employee, who was working behind the cash counter, and demanded money.

The gunman then fled.

He is described as being 183 centimetres tall, with an olive complexion, athletic build and a nose ring.
