A Coffs Harbour man has been caught up in Hells Angel’s raids on the Gold Coast

A former Coffs Harbour private school student and junior Rugby League player has been caught up in raids on Hells Angels properties in South East Queensland.

25-year old Michael Spence attended John Paul College and played for the Coffs Comets before making his first-grade debut for the Brisbane Broncos in 2010.

Last Wednesday Spence was among those arrested over allegations they were part of a multi-million dollar amphetamine ring.

Spence was alleged to be the Hells Angel’s sergeant-at-arms and debt collection stand-over man.

He has been refused bail to face court again on January the 20th.
