Will Smith and his wife, Jada Pinkett-Smith, are reportedly under investigation by child services after their 13-year-old daughter Willow was photographed in bed with a 20-year-old man.

In the black-and-white image, Willow lies on a bed next to shirtless actor Moises Arias, a friend who is seven years her senior.

After public outrage over the intimate nature of the shot erupted earlier this month, Jada, 42, defended the photo saying there was “nothing sexual about it”.

However, the Los Angeles Department of Children And Family Services appear to disagree with the actress and have launched a probe into the matter according to Radar Online.

“Social workers will also be talking separately with Willow, and they also want to talk to the young man in the picture with her as well,” a source told the site.

“This won’t just be one or two visits with the family, and it will likely be an open investigation for at least a month, out of an abundance of caution.”

Willow is used to being in the public eye after her hit 2010 song Whip My Hair made her a breakout sensation.

Like Willow, Moises Arias is also a child star, finding fame at a young age in the hit television series Hannah Montana.
