Barack Obama and Mr Trump in fact traded insults like “you suckkk” under their breath, Ms Obama actually asked former president George W. Bush Bush wearing a “big boy shirt”, while Hillary Clinton and Mr Bush paid a pact to get Mr Trump: “We’re gonna squeeze him,” they said.
