Yet another Melbourne shooting

Police are questioning two men after a shooting in a home in Melbourne’s west on Sunday afternoon.
Police were called to Shepherd’s Grove in Kings Park just after 3.00pm and found a 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his leg.

He was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a stable condition.
Detective Sergeant Andrew Eyries said the man suffered “serious but not life-threatening” injuries.
He said a man, aged in his 50s, and another, in his 20s, were being questioned over the incident.
It is believed all three know each other.
“At this stage we’re investigating the 20-year-old male, who has suffered an injury to his lower legs, it appears to be as a result of a gunshot wound,” he said.
“Currently we have two people assisting police with their inquiries.”
