Teletubbies hit the runway

The Teletubbies made their runway debut in Miami this week and walked the catwalk for the New York-based brand, The Blonds.

Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po walked hand-in-hand with models at Miami Swim Week and were later seen partying.

Record broken in Federation Square

The sound of 10,000 kazoos was heard at Melbourne’s Federation Square last week as people broke a world record.

The free event supplied people with kazoos and was part of the RISING festival.

Making a motorway

Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency gave some insight into how space is made for a motorway.

The agency showed some clips of rocks being blown up to make way for the motorway. Fracturing rocks apparently makes it easier to excavate.

Golden-toed tiny cow

This week, a very good dog showed off his impression of a cow. When asked what “cow’s say”, Artie replied with a very big “moo”.

Otter slam dunks

An otter named Juno from Oregon Zoo shows her ball skills to guests and those on social media.

The team at the zoo put a special hoop in for her and Juno was seen showing her skill.

Surf’s up for little bear

A little black bear was seen splashing around in waves at a beach in Florida after swimming from way out at sea.

The one in a billion egg

Journalist Jacqueline Felgate came across something pretty special this week – a perfectly round egg.

Felgate purchased a carton of eggs at the Woolworths in Fishermens Bend. She noted that eggs like these can sell for over $1000 as they are extremely rare.
