Super healthy frozen fruit yoghurt

INGREDIENTS

1 cup frozen mixed fruit, (mango, raspberries, blueberries)
1 cup reduced-fat yoghurt
fresh berries, to serve
mint leaves, to garnish

METHOD

Place two serving glasses in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.

Blend the frozen berries and yoghurt in a food processor until smooth. If the mixture is too stiff, add a tablespoon of water and, once blended, put in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up before serving

Divide the mixture between the glasses, garnish with the mint and fresh berries. Serve immediately.
