Daryn Loo has joined  building industry fund Cbus in the newly created role of General Manager, Investments Taxation within the Investment Management Team.

Mr Loo will be responsible for leading the investments tax function within the Cbus Investment team, ensuring the investment portfolio is structured in the most appropriate way to optimise net of tax outcomes for members.

Daryn Loo joins Cbus.

He brings extensive tax experience to Cbus having held roles at Ernst and Young, the Australian Taxation Office and more recently as a Tax Director within Deloitte’s financial services tax division. He has  significant expertise in advising super funds and fund managers on Australian and international transactions.

His experience in investment tax due diligence and advice on tax structures will assist us with future investment decisions.”
