Paris-based blogger Anna Dawson has amassed an impressive online following thanks to her style, personality and unconventional accessory.
Dawson, 32, carries a pink balloon with her wherever she goes.
• The Aussie label that caught James Bond’s attention
• Introducing ‘dormcore’, a comfy new trend
• Christmas tree ideas from a self-confessed Grinch
• Own any of these 10 clothing items? Get rid of them
The unusual habit began when the style blogger left her home in Sydney to chase her dreams in Paris.
Alone, unable to speak French and in a strange place, she bought a pink balloon to celebrate her birthday shortly after her arrival and took it with her to explore the city.
As it turned out, the helium-filled pop of colour was quite the conversation starter.
“When you walk down the street in Paris with a pink balloon, people smile,” Dawson explained on her blog, where she documents her adventures and outfits.
“It doesn’t matter if you don’t speak the same language, or if you have nothing in common with them at all – there’s still that moment where you share the joy of this tiny little thing that’s just a bit out of the ordinary.”
With more than 27,000 followers on Instagram, her tactic is clearly paying off. Plus, it worked on Julien Gaulet, Dawson’s French husband, who is a chef and lifestyle blogger.
We just have one question: what does Dawson do if she needs to eat a burger? That’s definitely an activity that requires two hands.
You won’t believe the character this handsome male model used to play
Introducing Lane Toran, the bearded, blue-eyed, hipster god who once voiced one of television’s most popular cartoon characters.
Aside from being really, really, ridiculously good looking, Toran has a secret past career as a child voice over artist.
Now working as a musician and a creative, Toran was once the voice behind the lead character in hit Nickelodeon animated series Hey Arnold!
Yes, this Hey Arnold!…
Those who grew up with the dorky cartoon character are losing their minds after Buzzfeed revealed Toran’s identity and the fact he’s handsome as all get out.
Toran took to Instagram to address all the attention, which has earned him thousands of followers on social media.
“I know I don’t talk about ‘Hey Arnold’ on here so some of you that have been following me for a while might not know, but I did voice ‘Arnold’ for all of season 1 (until my voice changed),” Toran captioned a video of himself.
“It’s crazy to be a part of something that’s still talked about and watched 20 years later.”

Move aside Taylor Swift, there’s a new girl squad in town…
So Taylor Swift has about 80 Victoria’s Secret supermodels in her friendship group, but Adele … Adele has J.Law and Emma Stone.
The star-studded trio were spotted out and about in New York City on Monday night, grabbing Mexican food at Cosme and undoubtedly cracking jokes and discussing things like the wage gap and what it’s like to have hundreds of Grammys, Oscars and Golden Globes between them.
Seriously, what an over-achieving group of friends.
