When Johnny Castle grabbed Frances “Baby” Houseman from the corner for the dramatic finale in Dirty Dancing women all over the world could only wish for a Patrick Swayze-type to swoop in and whizz them around the dance floor. But one lucky US bride recently got to have the man and the dance of her dreams on her wedding day.

US couple Terra and Drake Otto posted a video of their wedding dance onto YouTube this week and, as things tend to do nowadays, it has gone viral.

The famous dance scene from the hit 1987 film starring Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey, and the accompanying Oscar winning song, (I’ve Had) The Time of My Life, have been watched and listened to a million times and the Ottos did a stellar job of re-inacting the scene at their wedding, with a little help from a dance teacher.
