Meghan and Harry share new wedding photos on first anniversary

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have shared romantic behind-the-scenes wedding photos from their private collection to celebrate their first anniversary.
The intimate photographs show the Duke of Sussex in a back room appearing to be practising his wedding vows, and later grinning to the camera with his brother Prince William.
Another image shows the Duchess of Sussex holding hands with her mother Doria Ragland.
The fourteen previously unseen snaps were pieced together in a video montage, with musical backing from one of their wedding songs – ‘This Little Light of Mine’ – and posted to the couple’s Instagram account.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were married on May 19, 2018 in a televised wedding broadcast to hundreds of millions of people around the world.
May is a special month for the royal couple who only recently celebrated the birth of their first child Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor on May 6.
“Today marks the one year anniversary of the wedding of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex,” it said on their official Instagram account on Sunday.
“Their Royal Highnesses exchanged vows at St George’s Chapel within the grounds of Windsor Castle on May 19th, 2018.
“The selected song ‘This Little Light of Mine‘ was chosen by the couple for their recessional.
“We hope you enjoy reliving this moment, and seeing some behind the scenes photos from this special day.”
A personal message from the Prince Harry and Meghan also read: “Thank you for all of the love and support from so many of you around the world.
“Each of you made this day even more meaningful.”
The intimate wedding photos include a number of black-and-white images by photographer Chris Allerton and give a candid glimpse of the highly publicised wedding.
One captures a private moment between Meghan and her mother Doria Ragland as they hold hands.
In another photo Prince Harry stands alone seemingly rehearsing his wedding vows near a sunlit window.
He is also seen ‘thumbing’ a ride to the wedding chapel in his royal finery.
UK media reports the Sussexes were expected to have a low-key celebration at their Frogmore Cottage home in Windsor after the birth of their son two weeks ago.
