She may be the spawn of two of the world’s most headline-grabbing celebrities, but North West didn’t sign up for this life.
Perhaps that’s why she told waiting paparazzi to leave her and her nanny alone as they walked to her ballet class on Wednesday.
A number of photographers and videographers swarmed the two-year old and her minder, before North declared, “I said no pictures!”.

North’s nanny then echoed the toddler’s sentiments, saying “She said no pictures.”
Paparazzi have faced criticism for photographing celebrity’s children, and often it is considered a no-go zone.
In 2013, a bill proposed by actor Halle Berry was passed, raising the punishment for photographing children based on their parents’ fame to one year in jail and a fine of at least $10,000.
Berry called on other famous friends to testify at a senate hearing in support of the bill.
“I am forever in awe of the support I got within my community from the enormously talented musician Adele to fellow actor, Jennifer Garner, who traveled with me to Sacramento to share her children’s stories, experience, and her desire to give them a better life,” Berry said in a statement at the time.
This year, the British Royal Palace released a statement threatening the paparazzi “harassing” Prince George, after a photographer was discovered camping out in a car near a children’s park and shooting with a long lens.
In the statement, the palace suggested undercover paparazzi could be mistaken for a genuine threat.
The subject is particularly sensitive for Prince William, whose mother Diana was killed in a car crash after being pursued by paparazzi in Paris.
