Erika Heynatz, soon to appear in a regular role in Home And Away, is to become a mum.

The 39-year-old model, actress and singer, who married her long-term partner Andrew Kingston in 2007, shared the happy news on Twitter and Instagram.

“Bursting with excitement to share that a beautiful little Sagittarius baby is coming our way!! Due to pop out in December unless he/she has other plans.”

Accompanying the post was a pop art mural with the word “POP!” blared across the centre, the “O” an oval-shaped snapshot of a fetus in a womb.

Heynatz became a household name while hosting the first two seasons of Australia’s Next Top Model.

She has appeared in numerous TV film and feature film roles and recently took on the part of school teacher Charlotte King in Home and Away, though she is yet to appear on our screens in the series.
