As Hollywood condemns the predatory behaviour of disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein, disturbing new footage has emerged of a pre-presidential Donald Trump bragging about hiring a teenage waitress simply because she was a “world-class beauty”.

The future US President later goes on to compare his weakness for attractive women to a form of addiction.

The footage, first unearthed by the NowThis website, shows Mr Trump lecturing at a real estate seminar, purportedly in 2007, where a woman in the audience asks him how many jets he owns and how she can apply to be his flight attendant.

Mr Trump invites the obviously attractive woman to join him onstage to the sound of catcalls from the audience as he says, “I think she’s hired, I don’t know”.

The future US president takes a lingering look at the woman’s body before embracing her, putting his arm around her waist and telling her, “You’re hired”.

As the woman stands at his side, Mr Trump recounts the story of hiring a teenager as a waitress based solely on her looks.

“You know, I had a case, it was very interesting. A beautiful girl, who was 17 or 18, applied to be a waitress,” he said. “She’s so beautiful, she’s like a world-class beauty.”

“And my people came and she said, ‘Mr. Trump, she has no experience.’ So I interviewed her anyway because she was so pretty. And I said, ‘Let me ask you, do you have any experience?’ She goes, ‘No, sir.’ I said, ‘When can you start?’ ”

At the the conclusion of his anecdote, Mr Trump is shown kissing the woman from the audience on the cheek and reluctantly releasing her hand, promising her she can “work on [his] plane anytime.”

Trump goes on tells the crowd that for him, his feelings for woman are “my form of alcoholism”.

“That’s like an alcohol. I have plenty of friends, they’re wonderful people but they’re alcoholics if you put a scotch in front of them,” he said.

“This [beautiful women] would be my alcoholism.”

The video’s release comes just over a year after Mr Trump’s presidential campaign was almost derailed by the leak of an Access Hollywood clip revealing him bragging about sexually assaulting women and “grabbing them by the p—–y.”

Several women have since accused Mr Trump of sexual misconduct, including Summer Zervos, a former contestant on his reality show Apprentice.

Ms Zervos claims Mr Trump kissed and grabbed her during a meeting at a Beverly Hills hotel 10 years ago.

On Sunday, BuzzFeed reported that lawyers for Ms Zervos have subpoenaed Mr Trump’s presidential campaign for: “all documents concerning any accusations that were made during Donald J. Trump’s election campaign for president, that he subjected any woman to unwanted sexual touching and/or sexually inappropriate behaviour.”
