A leaked copy of Kim Kardashian West’s police statement has revealed new details about the moment she was terrorised by two masked robbers in her Paris apartment.

In the statement, leaked to French newspaper Le Journal du Dimanche and published on Sunday (French time), the reality TV star and model tells police how she called her bodyguard for help after hearing footsteps.

“I heard a noise at the door, like footsteps, and I shouted, asking, ‘Who’s there?’” she said, according to the report, translated from French to English by People.

“No one answered. I called my bodyguard at 2:56 am. Through the door, I saw two people arrive, plus the night man who was tied up.”

Both men were wearing police paraphernalia and one was also wearing a ski mask, the reality star is reported to have said.

“It’s the one with the ski goggles who stayed with me,” Kardashian West said.

“He demanded with a strong French accent, my ring. It was on the bedside table. It’s worth 4 million dollars. … I told him that I didn’t know, he took out a gun and I showed him the ring.”

Kardashian West then details being grabbed and taken into the hallway while she was wearing a bathrobe and “naked underneath”

“Then we went in the room again and they pushed me on the bed,” she said.

“And, it was this time, they tied me up with plastic cables and taped my hands, then they put tape over my mouth and my legs.”

She said she “felt they were a bit inexperienced because of the way they tied me up”.

Kardashian West said two diamond Cartier bracelets, a gold and diamond Jacob necklace, Lorraine Schwartz diamond earrings and a gold Rolex were among the items taken from her room.

“I think they robbed me of 5 million dollars,” she said. “Then they left on the run.”

As of late last week, 10 people were facing charges over the incident, according to People.

That includes the alleged mastermind, Omar A.” or “Omar the Old”, whose DNA was reportedly found on tape that was used to tie up Kardashian West.
