Police have charged another two teens over the death of motorcyclist Keith Stevens who was killed in a fiery hit-and-run at Mitcham in Melbourne’s east.

Mr Stevens, 33, died in hospital on Thursday, a day after he was struck by a stolen black BMW four-wheel drive at the intersection of Glenburnie Road and Orient Avenue.

He suffered significant fractures and burns to 50 per cent of his body after the car dragged his motorcycle 85 metres before it burst into flames.
