Broadcaster Stan Grant joins Referendum Council
Indigenous broadcaster Stan Grant has been appointed to a panel helping drive the recognition of Indigenous Australians in the constitution.
The bipartisan Referendum Council is consulting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, along with political parties, about the best way forward.

Mr Grant is a former ABC journalist and reporter with international news network CNN.
He will replace Pat Dodson, who resigned to become a Labor senator for Western Australia.
