‘Speed cuber’ breaks Rubik’s Cube record: video

A young Indian man has broken a new record, successfully solving five Rubik’s Cubes in just one minute, using only one hand.

Bhargav Narasimhan broke the previous world record by almost 30 seconds.

Since it first appeared in the 1980s, the Rubik’s Cube has become a popular puzzle for children and adults alike.

But the fascination with the colourful cube has also spawned a global community of ‘speed cubers’.

Before breaking the world record for the fastest time to solve five Rubik’s Cubes using one hand, Narasimhan was already a big name in the world of speed cubers, holding two national records.
