Obama woos young voters with selfie stick

In an attempt to promote his government’s agenda, US president Barack Obama has done the unthinkable.

He has scaled the very heights of conceit, grasped the Wand of Narcissus and embraced youthful egotism.

That is, Mr Obama has been filmed using a selfie stick, the extendible smartphone photography pole sweeping the world.

The appearance on infotainment website BuzzFeed was all in a good cause, though.

The POTUS says ‘YOLO’ (You Only Live Once), sticks his tongue out, poses in his Vice-President’s sunglasses and pulls a variety of other funny faces for the popular youth website in an attempt to convince young Americans to sign up to his health care plan.

‘Obamacare’ is the President’s signature policy designed to drive down the cost of medical care and increase health insurance coverage across the US.

This is not the first time Mr Obama has appealed to young audiences. Arguably his funniest appearance was on mock interview show ‘Between Two Ferns‘ hosted by Hollywood funny man Zach Galifianakis.

The president was interviewed at the White House by three young YouTube stars in January.
