A police officer who was charged with drink-driving offences last month is facing further charges.

The off-duty senior constable was arrested in Byng Street in Orange on March 24.

She allegedly returned a breath analysis reading of 0.102.

Police have continued to investigate the matter and have now charged her with resisting arrest and assaulting police.

She will appear in Orange Local Court on Thursday.
