Taylor Swift sent everyone into a frenzy this week when she changed the lyrics to her song Karma, while performing in Buenos Aires.

“Karma is the guy on the Chiefs, coming straight home to me,” she sang, which is a reference to boyfriend Travis Kelce, who was in the crowd and also had a wholesome reaction to the line.

Kevin Bacon gets Footloose

The SAG-AFTRA strike came to an end after the union reached a deal with the studios and, to celebrate, Kevin Bacon danced to Footloose.

Bacon, who played Ren McCormack in the 1984 film recreated the iconic dance in a barn to mark the end of the 118-day strike.

Ted Lasso reunion

There were plenty of Ted Lasso reunions at Jason Sudeikis’ Thundergong benefit concert, but the highlight has to be Hannah Waddingham and Brendan Hunt singing Love Shack.

At the benefit, Waddingham and Sudeikis did a duet of Shallow and Hunt’s beard was shaved off by Waddingham, while Sudeikis serenaded him with a Justin Bieber song.

Lion stalks Italy’s streets

A lion which escaped from a circus was seem roaming the streets of Ladispoli, which is about 45km outside of Rome.

The streets were deserted in the video shared on social media, and police and circus staff eventually “sedated and captured” the lion without anyone being injured.

Dog’s new hobby

A very brave dog named T who is recovering from surgery found a new hobby to pass the time while in hospital.

T is now licking the window and staring at everyone and one video of him doing just that has been viewed 49.8 million times on TikTok.

Zoo farewells pandas

Last week, the Smithsonian’s National Zoo farewelled its giant pandas, Tian Tian, Mei Xiang and Xiao Qi Ji.

The zoo shared a sweet video to mark the bittersweet occasion, with workers reflecting on their time with the animals.

Bird spread their wings

A barking owl, nankeen kestrel and wedge-tailed eagle all had test runs at Healesville Sanctuary’s new Raptor Rehabilitation Centre.

The birds were able to spread their wings in the 100-metre loop and ensure they are fit enough to be released back into the wild.
