The November 14 dinner will bring to a close a four-day gastronomic tour of Australia which will see the 80 experts treated to unique experiences including mud crabbing in the Northern Territory, hot-air balloon breakfast flights over Canberra, cheese-making in South Australia, and oyster shucking in NSW.

Hobart’s Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) was chosen to host the dinner because of its architecture, highly-acclaimed restaurant, and on-site heritage vineyard and brewery.

Perry aims to produce a menu that “lingers long in the minds of guests”.
