Adele has called out rowdy fans who have ignored “show etiquette” after a host of artists have had objects lobbed at them on stage while performing – daring them to do it to her.

The light-hearted, yet stern warning came while Adele was on stage at her Las Vegas residency at the weekend and followed a string of incidents when people in the crowd have thrown objects at the talent on stage.

“Have you noticed how people are like, forgetting f–king show etiquette at the moment?” she asked the crowd, while she was holding a T-shirt gun.

“People just throwing s–t on stage, have you seen them?

“I f–king dare you. Dare you to throw something at me and I’ll f–king kill you.”

She then launched a T-shirt into the crowd and urged people to just stop hurling things at people on stage.

Fans throw phones, ashes on stage

Throughout her “threat”, Adele was laughing. But the issue is a serious one that has been confronted – sometimes literally – by a host of artists recently.

In June, while on tour, Bebe Rexha had a phone hurled at her while she was on stage.

it hit her in the face and she later shared pictures of the black eye and stitches that resulted.

“I’m good,” she said on Instagram, but people were genuinely outraged and shocked someone had thrown a phone at her.

One fan said the aftermath was “so sad to see” and that the person who launched the phone at the stage should be banned from all concerts.

Elsewhere, at the British Summer Time concert in London’s Hyde Park, a fan threw a bag that contained their mother’s ashes on stage during Pink’s set.

While Pink was uninjured, she was left wondering what to make of the interaction.

“I don’t know how I feel about this,” she said.

In another incident in the US, pop star Ava Max was physically assaulted by a concertgoer.

Footage of that incident has gone viral. It shows Max dancing while a fan, being held back by security, reaches towards her and slaps her across the face.

She keeps dancing in the video and it appears the man who slapped her was escorted away.

“He slapped me so hard that he scratched the inside of my eye. He’s never coming to a show again,” she wrote on Twitter following the show.
