A former bodyguard for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt has claimed he was an unofficial father to their six children.

Former SAS soldier Mark Bilingham worked for Hollywood’s most famous couple for 18 months, prior to Jolie filing for divorce last month.

Bilingham told The Sun Jolie and Pitt were very strict about who was allowed to go near their brood.

“It was clear from the start we had a great chemistry and they trusted me with the kids,” he said.

“We got very close, I was living with them all the time.

“I could take the kids anywhere I wanted to on my own. No one else was allowed to do that.

“I took them swimming. I fathered them, basically.”

Bilingham, who is now looking for his 15 minutes of fame on the show Who Dares Wins, claimed Jolie would be more likely to survive the gruelling reality show.

“Brad wouldn’t last long because he wouldn’t have any cream to put on his face.

“It would be too sweaty and uncomfortable for him. He’s too pretty!

“But Angie could do it. She’d probably be the only one with balls at the end. She would stick it out.”

Despite suggesting Brad was more adept at moisturising than physical tasks, Bilingham did give the actor credit for his pranks.

“Once, it was Angie’s birthday and we were all sitting in an Audi Q7. I hadn’t been working with them long and suddenly Brad has locked the doors and farted and we couldn’t get out.”
