Charlie Sheen blames cream for his meltdown

Troubled actor Charlie Sheen has claimed testosterone cream caused his infamous rant during an ABC interview in 2011.

Speaking on the Dr Oz show this week, Sheen said he was taking large amounts of the cream at the time, and that it caused an out-of-body experience.

“That was a very specific period of time that did feel very out-of-body and very just detached from all things real,” Charlie said.

“I felt superhuman during some of that.

“It was a lot of highs and lows. I was taking a lot of testosterone cream, and I think I went too far with it. It was kind of like a borderline…not a ‘roid rage, but a ‘roid disengage.”

Sheen concerned viewers with his mile-a-minute rants during the 2011 interview, claiming to have “tiger blood” and shutting down suggestions he was bi-polar by saying he was “bi-winning”.

“I win here and I win there,” he said.

Sheen also alarmed viewers with his description of his extreme drug taking.

“I was banging seven-gram rocks and finishing them because that’s how I roll,” he added.

When asked how Sheen was able to ingest that amount of drugs without dying, he replied: “I dunno, I got tiger blood.”

Sheen has been far less erratic in appearances lately, including when he publicly announced he is HIV positive.

More recently, Sheen declared he had ditched his HIV medication, saying “I was born dead”.
