Mariah declares love for Packer

Lovebirds James Packer and Mariah Carey have enjoyed Sydney’s harbour lifestyle after a romance-packed New Year’s eve celebration in Melbourne.
On New Year’s Day they flew to Sydney on Packer’s private jet and caught up with friends Lachlan and Sarah Murdoch for a harbour cruise on the Murdochs’ yacht Sarissa.

It’s understood Packer and Carey are now at Ellerston, the Packer family’s property in the Hunter Valley.
Carey was the star attraction at Packer’s Crown Entertainment Complex on New Year’s Eve.
Carey told the crowd, “A big thank you to the most spectacular, handsome … I don’t even have words for the man who introduced me (to the crowd) tonight … the amazing Mr James Packer.”
She then serenaded Packer with a rendition of her hit song Always be my Baby.
Carey had sparked rumours she received a Christmas proposal from Packer after she was spotted showing off a huge ring on her wedding finger.
The superstar singer has been dating the Australian business mogul since the northern summer, and the pair spent the holidays together in Aspen, Colorado before heading to Melbourne, Australia ahead of Carey’s planned New Year’s Eve performance in the city.
The singer documented her fun-filled Christmas in Aspen in a series of posts on Instagram, sharing snaps of herself spending time with her twins, Monroe and Moroccan, visits from Santa, and sledging.
Carey split from the twins’ father, rapper/actor Nick Cannon, in 2014 after eight years of marriage.
