Academy Award-winning actress Anne Hathaway is expecting her first child with her husband Adam Shulman.

According to E! Online, the 33-year-old is in her second trimester and “feeling great”.

Speculation Hathaway was pregnant started swirling after she attended the September premiere of her most recent film, The Intern, sporting what looked to be a tiny baby bump.

Hathaway has been vocal about wanting children ever since she wed her producer husband, 34, in 2012.

“Oh, my God. I want to be a mother, and I anticipate loving my children quite fiercely. I think about it all the time, though it’s a silly thing to think about because the kind of mother I’ll be depends on the kind of children I have. I can’t wait to meet them,” she told Vogue in 2013.
