It seems pop star Justin Bieber will have to fight more than crowds of fans when he arrives in Australia later this month.

The controversial pop star has been challenged to a fight by Triple M Melbourne’s Hot Breakfast radio host, Mick Molloy.

Molloy challenged the 21-year-old Canadian sensation, who will be in Melbourne to visit the Triple M and Fox FM studios in South Melbourne on September 28.

“You know he’s on my list,” Molloy joked with co-hosts during Wednesday morning’s show.

Bieber is no stranger to a fight, reportedly getting into a stoush with actor Orlando Bloom last year in Ibiza, Spain over Bloom’s ex-wife Miranda Kerr.

He also allegedly “shoved” Nova host Ryan Fitzgerald in April this year.

Molloy has been a keen follower of Bieber’s with his “Bieberwatch” segment on the Hot Breakfast show throughout last year.

Bieber will be in town for a promotional tour of his latest single, ‘What do you Mean?’

There’s no word if he’ll take on Molloy’s challenge.
