‘MKR’ wins hotly contested TV ratings

My Kitchen Rules won the hotly contested start to the official ratings season, while the Nine Network’s 60 Minutes won the siege story tussle.

My Kitchen Rules topped Sunday’s overnight OzTAM ratings with 1.685 million and the first part of Nine’s mini-series House Of Hancock was second with an audience of 1.383 million.

The 60 Minutes siege special was third with 1.280 million viewers and the Seven Network’s Inside The Siege, The Untold Story attracted 1.127 million people to be fourth.
