The bad news continues for Bill Cosby with reports emerging that the comedian paid out eight different women between 1989 and 1990.

Former NBC employee Frank Scotti, 90, says he was Cosby’s ‘fixer’ and delivered bundles of $US100 bills to the women on behalf of the comedian.

He also alleges Cosby had an agreement with a New York modelling agency to deliver young women to his dressing room, some of whom, Mr Scotti says, were at the most 16 years old.

Scotti says he decided to break his silence because of the recent claims of sexual assault against Cosby, who was America’s favourite Dad during his time playing Dr Cliff Huxtable on The Cosby Show in the 1980s and 1990s.

“Nobody suspected.” Scotti told The New York Daily News.

“I felt sorry for the women.

“It bothered me. . . . You’ve got all of these kids, every time.

“I used to like him, but that’s the reason I quit him after so many years — because of the girls.”

Cosby’s lawyer said Mr Scotti had no evidence for his allegations and said he was making the claims for publicity.

At least 15 women have come out saying they were raped or assaulted by the star in the past 30 years but Cosby has been defiant, and mostly silent, in his innocence.

On Friday night in Melbourne, Florida, Cosby addressed the assault allegations after his show.

“I know people are tired of me not saying anything, but a guy doesn’t have to answer to innuendos,” he told Florida Today.

“People should fact check. People shouldn’t have to go through that, and shouldn’t answer to innuendos.”

The latest round of allegations were fanned when US comedian Hannibal Buress called Cosby a rapist during his stand-up show.

Since then, The Washington Post has published a column from one of Cosby’s alleged victims Barbara Bowman and several other women have come forward with their own alleged experiences.
