Lorde tweets lyrics to her new song line by line
The 15,000-seat stadium in Israel was set for a sold-out show until Lorde pulled the plug on her tour.
Kiwi songstress Lorde is tweeting lyrics to her new Yellow Flicker Beat song line by line.
The track will feature on the soundtrack of forthcoming Hunger Games blockbuster, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1.

Last Tuesday, Lorde revealed the title of the song, which is expected to be released on Monday, via Twitter.
Lorde was chosen to curate the soundtrack to the blockbuster and write the first single on the album.

So far she has tweeted lyrics: “I’m a princess cut from marble, smoother than a storm”, followed by: “and the scars that mark my body, they’re silver and gold”.

The third line tweeted on Sunday read: “my blood is a flood of rubies, precious stones”.

She is reported to have worked with Adele producer Paul Epworth on the song.
The movie, starring fan favourite Jennifer Lawrence and Australian actor Liam Hemsworth, is the third in the Hunger Games series and is due out in November.
